Job Summary
The Unfallkasse Nord, a modern public sector corporation providing statutory accident insurance for Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, is seeking a highly organized and engaged Assistant to the Head of the Central Services Department. This part-time role (30 hours/week), based in Hamburg or Kiel, involves comprehensive secretarial and coordination duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and following up on meetings, events, and management rounds, including minute-taking and content preparation. Key tasks also include managing the department head's schedule, processing invoices, creating presentations and documentation, and handling guest relations. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Administrative or Social Insurance Clerk, possesses excellent MS Office skills, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational talent, and discretion, supporting a critical function within a stable public service environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Administrative Clerk (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), Social Insurance Clerk (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r), or comparable qualification.
Experience
