Job Summary

This Consultant role is crucial for revolutionizing Content Performance Marketing within a dynamic digital agency based in Hamburg/Cologne. As part of the 20-member Performance Team, you will strategically develop and continuously refine the User Experience across the entire customer journey for over 30 clients. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and evaluating A/B tests to optimize websites and landing pages based on data. You will analyze user behavior using web analytics and heatmap tools, interpret large datasets, and derive actionable optimization measures focused on improving critical KPIs like Conversion Rate and CTR. Success requires a minimum of three years of professional experience with a strong UX focus, profound analytical skills, and expertise in A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty) and web analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics). Collaboration with SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams is essential for holistic implementation. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Media Informatics, Communication Design, Media Psychology, Media, or a design-related qualification (or comparable)

Experience

  • Professional experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., AB Tasty, Optimizely)
