Job Summary
This role involves taking strategic and operational responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure within a producing and international environment, specifically at the Solingen site of CCL Design. The IT Manager will plan, control, and develop the hardware, software, and network landscape, ensuring smooth IT operations through system administration, configuration, and implementation of robust backup, update, and security concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts and access rights, providing first- and second-level support for ERP systems, MS Office, and client/server environments, and supporting business process mapping. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent, several years of professional experience in IT operations, and deep expertise in system administration, network management (including WLAN), virtualization (VMware), and ERP systems. This position offers a structured 38-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and flexible/mobile working options.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT operations
- Experience in a producing and international environment (ideally)
- Extensive experience in system administration (user accounts, domains, updates/patches)
- In-depth experience in network administration (setup, configuration, maintenance of WLAN)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in implementing and documenting IT processes and security controls
