Job Summary

This critical role involves taking overall technical leadership and project management responsibility for a leading European pet food manufacturer. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of technical availability, including building services (TGA), refrigeration, steam, and water treatment plants, infrastructure, maintenance, and repair across the main site in Verden and external branches. Key day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating maintenance activities, developing concepts for optimizing production buildings and machinery, ensuring compliance with environmental and energy management standards, and leading complex technical projects in both building construction and civil engineering. The position requires proven leadership experience, strong technical expertise, preferably in the food industry, and practical skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365.
