Job Summary

The Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus (PFH), a public foundation in Berlin, is seeking a full-time, permanent IT System Administrator to join its internal IT department. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the organization's server infrastructure and IT systems across over 40 facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Windows and UNIX systems, optimizing central services like DNS and LDAP, and maintaining the MS-Active Directory and MS-Entra ID. They will also contribute to the development of the IT infrastructure, monitor system operations, and provide essential first- and second-level support. The position requires a strong technical background in system administration, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach to support the diverse IT users within the foundation.
