Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner will independently manage operational human resources for the Lüdersdorf production plant, focusing on successful employee recruitment and retention. Key responsibilities include advising management on all personnel-relevant issues, steering the entire recruiting process from selection through onboarding, and supporting personnel marketing efforts. This role also involves managing training and development, shaping company culture to foster a positive climate, and handling sensitive employee and BEM (Integration Management) discussions. The ideal candidate must possess several years of professional experience in HR, preferably within a production environment, coupled with strong knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law. They will also contribute to strategic HR projects, conduct HR controlling by analyzing key performance indicators, and collaborate closely and trustfully with the works council, making this a comprehensive and influential HR role.
