Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the State Construction Office Munich 1 as a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering, overseeing a high-profile expansion project for the Bundeswehr Medical Academy in Munich. The role involves acting as the client representative for the Federal Republic of Germany, managing all phases (1-9 HOAI) of construction projects, and ensuring the successful establishment of complete electrical infrastructure for new institute buildings. Key responsibilities include steering and supervising external engineering firms, integrating aspects of sustainability, energy efficiency, and historical preservation using modern planning methods like BIM. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, project management experience, and fluency in German (C2). This position offers a secure, permanent contract within the public service, flexible working hours, and the option for up to 60% remote work, contributing significantly to unique historical and cultural building projects in Munich.
