Job Summary

This role involves working as a Materials Laboratory Technician, primarily focusing on quality control and material property analysis for series components. The core responsibilities include the independent execution of various standardized hardness tests, such as Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell, Leeb, and UCI procedures, utilizing both static and portable testing equipment within the laboratory and manufacturing areas. Furthermore, the technician will perform tensile and notch impact tests to accurately determine the mechanical properties of metallic materials like cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloys. A critical part of the job is the meticulous preparation and documentation of test results, including creating official test certificates and protocols. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Materials Tester, ideally with a focus on metal technology, coupled with professional experience in handling testing tasks and proficiency in standard IT tools like MS Office, SAP, and lab databases.
