Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting people and technology to drive the digital transformation of performance management within the aviation sector. The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing new concepts, conducting detailed data tool analyses, and visually preparing data to establish central reporting standards. Key daily tasks include end-to-end project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, and continuously improving existing processes through the detailed analysis of performance indicators such as TMA, OSW, and overtime. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, coupled with professional experience in IT/Information Systems or aerospace. Required skills include strong knowledge of Python, databases (Skywise, Google Workspace), and experience with agile project management methodologies like Scrum. Fluent German and English are mandatory.
