Job Summary

This is a critical role for an experienced Planning Engineer specializing in Building Automation and MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) Technology within the Technical Supply Planning team of a major public-service media company (ZDF). The successful candidate will be responsible for the holistic technical planning and realization of complex systems, covering essential infrastructure such as power supply, HVAC, lifting technology, and fire safety systems across the main site in Mainz and international studios. Day-to-day duties involve independently managing projects, ensuring successful execution through rigorous cost, schedule, and quality management, and planning necessary operational adjustments to maintain functional building automation. The role requires an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Automation, proficiency with specialized software like CAD, CAFM, and SAP, and a strong conceptual, results-oriented approach, contributing directly to the successful operation of the media infrastructure.
