Job Summary
This role is central to securing and advancing the bank's future by focusing on internal IT audits within a rapidly changing financial landscape driven by digital innovation. The specialist will independently conduct and potentially lead IT audits, ensuring compliance with critical banking regulations such as DORA, BAIT, and EBA/GL 2019/04, covering both 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense processes. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the entire audit lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and follow-up, and actively contributing to the development of new audit techniques, particularly concerning AI. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, or comparable fields
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in Internal Audit at auditing firms or banks, especially in IT Audit / IT Compliance
- Experience in ICT Risk Management (2nd LoD), Cyber Security, ICT Resilience, ITIL- / IT Processes, SAP, Identity Access Management, Network Infrastructure, Outsourcing, or Cloud
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for IT processes in the ECB-supervised banking environment
- Initial experience with the use of AI in auditing is advantageous

Additional
- Qualification as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a strong plus, or the willingness to acquire one of these certifications.
