Job Summary

This critical Application Engineer role involves acting as the primary technical consultant for customers within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include discussing customer requirement profiles, presenting company products, and selecting appropriate relays and electromechanical components. A core responsibility is determining technical feasibility by reviewing specifications, drawings, and industry standards. The engineer will conduct product training, create and review technical documentation, and serve as the competent point of contact for clients both remotely and on-site. The position requires end-to-end project management, accompanying projects from the initial customer contact all the way through to series introduction and beyond. Ideal candidates possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals and magnetism, and fluency in both German and English.
