Job Summary

This role offers a secure, long-term opportunity within the chemical industry, supporting a leading company in the production of Polysilicon in Burghausen. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical, hands-on tasks within the reactor process, including installing silicon rods, fixing side walls using lifting devices and torque wrenches, and adjusting and securing gas lines. Day-to-day activities involve monitoring the automated deposition process, controlling temperature and gas settings via input panels, and managing the reactor cleaning process, including potential manual high-pressure cleaning. This position requires strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a willingness to work reliably within a demanding 5-shift system. Ideal candidates possess a technical or trade qualification and are looking for a stable entry point, potentially leading to permanent placement with the client.
