Job Summary

This hands-on role in Berlin focuses on the precise processing and quality assurance of medical implants within a strict cleanroom environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the sterile cleaning, labeling, and packaging of implants according to stringent guidelines, operating specialized machines and equipment, and performing manual laboratory-like tasks such as preparing solutions. A critical component of the job is the meticulous visual quality control after production steps and detailed documentation of all processes in manufacturing records. The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification in a technical or scientific field (such as CTA, BTA, or MTA) and ideally possesses prior experience working under cleanroom conditions. This position requires strong organizational and teamwork skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the essential readiness to work a 3-shift, full continuous system, including weekends, offering a stable, permanent contract within an innovative, future-oriented company.
