Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Laboratory Technician role in Berlin is critical for ensuring product quality within a dairy-based food production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of raw, intermediate, and finished milk-based products. Day-to-day tasks include managing sample collection and preparation from the production line, evaluating and documenting results according to the Quality Management (QM) system, and maintaining laboratory upkeep. This position requires professional experience in food analysis, particularly dairy technology, robust knowledge of food hygiene regulations, and the flexibility to work in a 3-shift model, including weekends and holidays.
