Job Summary
This role involves maintaining and evolving the internal IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation, and resolving technical challenges. The specialist will primarily handle 1st and 2nd-level support, administering central systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune. Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting IT workstations (PCs, notebooks, printers), managing the 3CX telephone system and Mobile Device Management (MDM), and overseeing software distribution. A crucial part of the job is network administration, including monitoring, error analysis, and maintaining Lancom and Sophos firewalls, as well as Unifi systems. Candidates need a background in system integration, strong Microsoft environment knowledge, and experience in network and security administration to contribute to IT projects aimed at developing the system landscape.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable IT qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd-Level Support
- Experience in the administration of IT workstations
- Experience in network administration (LAN/WLAN)
- Experience with Firewall and Security solutions, ideally Lancom and Sophos
- Experience with Software Distribution and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience with Unifi systems or willingness to quickly learn
