Job Summary
This role involves acting as a Business Insights Manager, focusing on creating the data-driven decision foundation for marketing, sales, and medical affairs within leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Key daily tasks include conceptualizing, developing, and continuously improving interactive Power BI dashboards, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. The manager will be responsible for user-centric visualization, semantic modeling, and high-performance DAX development in Power BI, working closely with Data Engineers (Microsoft Fabric) and business stakeholders. The position requires securing data quality, governance (including RLS/OLS and documentation), and driving the adoption and impact of BI solutions through training and best practice establishment. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree, preferably in Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in developing Power BI frontend solutions in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Consulting, and Requirements Engineering
