Job Summary

This Field Engineer role in Rostock involves supporting the implementation of new shipbuilding projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards across production and technical offices. Key responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation for discrepancies on-site, developing and coordinating solutions with system owners, and evaluating production improvement suggestions. The successful candidate will coordinate interdisciplinary production topics and drive optimization initiatives across the shipyard. To succeed, candidates must possess a degree in Engineering or be a certified Technician with extensive professional experience, specialized knowledge, and fluency in both German and English. Proficiency in specialized software like NUPAS, CADMATIC, AutoCAD, and CATIA is mandatory, alongside a structured, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.
