Join Nilfisk, a leader in cleaning technology, as a Technical Customer Consultant in Bellenberg, contributing to their strategic shift towards a customer-oriented sales organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external clients, analyzing quality metrics to drive targeted improvements. A key part of your responsibilities involves preparing and conducting practical, understandable technical training sessions, as well as creating and translating essential technical documentation. You will also provide on-site technical consultation to customers when necessary, actively participate in national and international projects, and ensure compliance by updating and communicating legal regulations internally.
