Job Summary

This exciting, permanent position involves ensuring the seamless operation of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for approximately 550 clients across all GeoSphere Austria locations, primarily within a Microsoft Windows environment. The role focuses heavily on user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing client equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Active Directory, overseeing patch management, administering printing units and print servers, and managing software licensing and asset inventory. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented Systems Technician with professional experience in MS-Windows Server/Client administration and user support, capable of integrating into an existing team and driving process improvements while maintaining documentation according to ISO 27001 standards. This role requires strong communication skills and reliability to provide high-quality IT services.
