Job Summary

This role involves leading the successful implementation and 'Go-Live' of new, comprehensive software solutions for the Real Estate department. The Implementation Manager acts as the crucial link and interpreter between the specialized Real Estate domain and the IT department, coordinating all implementation steps across various project and piloting phases. Daily tasks include coordinating and steering implementation steps with stakeholders, monitoring and controlling process execution, ensuring quality assurance, and creating detailed implementation and status reports, including deriving KPIs for budget, time, and quality. Ideal candidates possess a university degree in Management, Real Estate, or IT, coupled with several years of professional experience in implementing and introducing IT systems, preferably with knowledge of requirements management and specific enterprise software solutions like SAP S/4 HANA or CAFM tools. The position requires adaptability in switching between classic and agile project management methodologies and a proactive, responsible approach to stakeholder management.
