Job Summary

This role as a Technical Facility Manager involves ensuring the optimal functionality and pristine condition of various properties and their technical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing necessary maintenance, servicing, and repair measures on buildings and technical installations. A critical component of the job is the organization and coordination of external service partners, requiring expertise in vendor management and obtaining cost estimates for necessary repairs. You will be responsible for documenting defects, supporting structural adjustments and installations, and actively participating in the introduction of technical improvements. Regular condition checks are mandatory to ensure compliance with current technical guidelines and standards, and to identify potential risks or damages early. Successful candidates must possess a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, coupled with robust experience in technical building maintenance and repair.
