Job Summary

This role involves acting as the central contact point and coordinator for clients, internal departments, and external service providers, focusing on the seamless execution of client delivery projects. Key responsibilities include implementing standard replacement requirements (SEB) and workplace relocation measures, advising clients on process flow and service scope, and meticulously calculating internal and external efforts for proposal creation. The consultant will independently prepare and execute rollout measures, manage order creation and processing within the ITSM Suite, and ensure quality assurance and timely fulfillment of service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses a background in Business Informatics or a comparable field, coupled with solid experience in Client Delivery, advanced project management skills, and fluency in German (C1 level).
