Job Summary

This role is for a creative and analytical Digital Process Manager focused on simplifying and digitizing standards and processes within AXA's Private Health Insurance division. The core responsibility involves managing the procedural and technical evolution of end-customer communication, specifically regarding premium adjustments (BAP), ensuring information is clear, transparent, and digital. Day-to-day tasks include working on the technical development and content implementation of customer landing pages, coordinating requirements and layouts with internal stakeholders, and overseeing the entire implementation process. A key focus is identifying digitalization and automation potential, deriving improvement measures, and guiding their implementation within existing systems. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in private health insurance, process modeling, and experience in agile environments, driving innovation in communication and support processes.

Required Skills

Education

Completed (Technical) University degree (e.g., Insurance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable field)

Experience

  • At least 5 years of specific professional experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in technical requirements management in IT-related projects
  • Experience with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) (preferred)
  • Experience in agile working methods
  • Proven diplomatic skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
