Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support services for a leading European IT service provider, working directly with end-users. The specialist will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and performing comprehensive troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues. Key tasks include the configuration and installation of standard hardware, managing mobile devices (iOS and Android), and resolving network problems including support for network components. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possess strong troubleshooting skills in client environments, and be proficient with standard hardware and MS Office applications.
