Job Summary

This role involves supporting the strategic development of the department and providing expert consultation and coaching to internal clients on agile product development, particularly those currently utilizing classic procedural models. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining overarching methods and techniques within the software development process, including taking on project roles and embodying organizational principles. Key responsibilities also include conducting training sessions on internal methods and tools, implementing customer requirements to enhance tool usage, and monitoring market trends, innovations, and developments in software engineering. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Organizational Psychology, excellent knowledge of agile frameworks and classic development methodologies, and strong skills in modeling complex software using notations like DDD, BPMN, and UML, alongside Java knowledge. Strong management, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential for success.
