As the Head of Facility Management, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team responsible for building services, cleaning, and central administration within a leading medical technology company. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing all aspects of building operations, including fleet management, access control, and locking systems. You will manage general property administration and building management, coordinate renovation and expansion projects with a focus on cost-effectiveness and budget adherence, and conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to maintaining a high-quality operational environment.
