Job Summary

This role involves specialized physical design and verification for RF/Analog-SiGe-BiCMOS circuit modules, working closely with the design engineering team. The engineer will be responsible for block-level layout, ensuring complete verification using DRC and LVS tools, and executing floorplanning in coordination with RF-IC Design and RF System teams. A key component of the role is mastering layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding, and optimal high-frequency routing. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive experience in custom RF/Analog layout with SiGe-BiCMOS processes, and detailed knowledge of the entire design flow from schematic to GDSII, including verification and PDKs. Proficiency in German (Fluent) and English (Good) is required, along with scripting skills (e.g., Skill, Python) to automate tasks and manage tape-out procedures.
