This role is for a dedicated Research Scientist to join a growing team in Anesthesiology and Operative Intensive Care, focusing on cutting-edge iron research. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing scientific research projects, including literature reviews, experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation. A key aspect of the role involves transferring interdisciplinary findings into the specific field and developing new experimental methods, particularly concerning iron-regulating proteins and co-immunoprecipitation. The position also entails presenting and publishing research findings at national and international conferences and in scientific journals. Furthermore, the scientist will provide guidance and training to junior staff, including interns, students, and doctoral candidates, ensuring adherence to good scientific practice and ethical guidelines.
