Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician based in Hamburg, you will be a key contact for technical inquiries, playing a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure solutions for a market-leading company. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating and performing hardware deliveries, installations, setups, and disassemblies at customer sites. You will also be responsible for managing the return of used hardware, executing software and hardware deployments, and performing component upgrades. Meticulous record-keeping in a ticket system, including providing advice to specialist departments, is also part of the role.
