Job Summary

This role is for a highly experienced Master Technician or Engineer to lead modernization and new construction teams for elevator systems in the Regensburg area. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and leading the installation team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from initial quotation to final TÜV acceptance (technical inspection). This includes managing the modernization and replacement of various systems, including third-party equipment. A strong focus on safety, employee motivation, and professional development is critical. The position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong German language proficiency, and established experience in leadership and customer management to ensure seamless internal and external collaboration, particularly with sales teams.
