This role involves leading and strategically developing the Electrical and Building Technology Testing Services business field across Southern Germany up to the Mainz/Frankfurt area. The Local Business Field Manager (LFM) will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of business field managers and the scheduling team, ensuring efficient and competent execution of cross-cutting customer orders. A core focus is on driving sales initiatives in cooperation with the Sales Director to secure and expand market share, while holding full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. The manager will implement innovations and new technologies into testing services, promote high customer satisfaction, and require strong expertise in technical testing services, team leadership, and a high degree of business acumen and organizational talent.
