Job Summary

This role involves maintaining and administering the IT infrastructure for various clients, focusing on both remote and on-site support. Key responsibilities include the upkeep of current IT environments, administration of Windows Servers, client systems, and firewalls, and managing user accounts via Active Directory and Microsoft 365. A critical component of the job is managing system transitions, such as migrating local Exchange Servers to Microsoft 365, and deploying new hardware like computers and servers. The administrator acts as the primary point of contact for clients' employees and decision-makers, handling software and hardware disruption reports via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. Candidates must have an IT qualification, practical experience with Windows Server and client systems (Windows 10/11), and proficiency in both German and English.
