Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the design, component selection, and dimensioning of complex embedded systems. The Hardware Developer will create standard and EMC-compliant schematics following internal design rules, collaborating closely with teams across layout design, construction, type testing, manufacturing planning, and quality management. Key daily tasks include conducting and documenting commissioning, functional, integration, and EMC tests, as well as performing schematic and layout reviews. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in hardware and electronic circuit development. Expertise in circuit design using CAD software (specifically Mentor DxDesigner, Expedition, and ConstraintManager) and simulation tools is essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of EMC-compliant design in an industrial environment. Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication across development teams.
