Job Summary

This role involves working as a Software Engineer for a leading global system provider of submarines and naval vessels, based in Bremen. The core responsibilities include evaluating, initiating, and implementing all necessary activities within software development based on a defined software architecture. You will be tasked with reducing complexity through decomposition, creating implementation concepts and software designs, and ensuring the overall software architecture and its elements adhere to time, quality, and cost specifications. Collaboration within the development team is crucial for coordinating tasks and resolving issues. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist with further education and long-term professional experience. Essential technical skills include professional experience in software development, familiarity with REST and Socket interfaces, and strong proficiency in TypeScript and React. Fluency in both German and English is required, with the possibility of up to 50% remote work.
