Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Installation and E-Mobility infrastructure projects for POHL, a leading energy systems provider in Northern Germany. The core responsibilities include the independent management of construction sites, focusing on electrical assembly and E-Mobility solutions, particularly for energy supply clients. Day-to-day tasks involve the disposition and coordination of both internal staff and subcontractors, material procurement, and critical site negotiations with clients. The manager is responsible for achieving technical and economic project goals while strictly adhering to workplace safety standards. Furthermore, the role requires administrative duties such as creating quantity surveys (Aufmaße) and managing billing/invoicing. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hamburg North, offering diverse projects and a motivated team environment.
