Job Summary
The Regen District Office is seeking a dedicated IT System Integration Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, governed by the TVöD public service collective agreement. This critical role focuses on providing 1st and 2nd Level Help Desk and User Support, ensuring smooth daily operations for end-users. Key responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of hardware and operating systems, and the comprehensive administration of central server infrastructures, including Windows, Exchange, and SQL Servers, as well as managing backup solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, coupled with strong knowledge of current Microsoft technologies (Windows Server 2025, Windows 11, Active Directory) and network technologies (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN).
