Job Summary

This role as a Field Service Technician involves the comprehensive technical support and maintenance of complex systems across various sectors, including railway, industrial, building, and hospital technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning of new installations, encompassing parameterization, programming, and testing of switching and control systems, as well as executing repairs, modifications, and scheduled maintenance on site. The technician acts as the primary technical contact for project managers and customers, providing training and ensuring regulatory compliance. They are also responsible for organizing and preparing work for on-site execution and providing technical support via telephone. Key requirements include a completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in project organization and independent work.
