Job Summary

This role is centered on the hands-on repair and maintenance of various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches from manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung, and Google. Day-to-day tasks involve performing detailed technical diagnostics, efficiently troubleshooting faults based on findings, and meticulously documenting all repair and diagnostic procedures. The technician is also responsible for creating cost estimates and ensuring all market goods are securely reset in compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, you will provide initial installation services (Ready to Go) for customer devices. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification in electronics or IT, or demonstrates a strong technical affinity, welcoming career changers. Success in this position requires a structured working method, high attention to quality standards, and proficiency in MS Office programs, contributing to the future of retail service within a major European logistics operation.
