Job Summary

This role seeks a meticulous Laboratory Technician responsible for ensuring the stability and quality of industrial processes through rigorous monitoring and analysis of chemical baths. Key daily tasks involve conducting detailed analyses of process baths, precisely adjusting chemical concentrations to maintain stable parameters, and controlling and documenting the operation of the wastewater treatment plant. The technician is expected to maintain seamless documentation of all workflows related to bath supervision and wastewater management, working closely with Production Management and Quality Assurance to guarantee smooth production. Ideal candidates must hold a completed qualification as a Surface Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Electroplater, or Process Mechanic. The position requires strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a highly independent, quality-conscious approach to work. Professional experience in surface technology or electroplating is considered a significant advantage.
