This role is ideal for an IT professional looking to act as an 'external administrator' for diverse clients, ranging from small businesses to regulated pharmaceutical labs. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT support, both remotely and on-site, focusing on fault analysis and resolution across Windows clients, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, networking, and peripherals. Key responsibilities include server and service administration (VMware, Windows Server), patch management, setting up new workstations, and maintaining IT security, backups, and recovery solutions (Acronis, IONOS S3). The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server, and networking fundamentals (VPN, Firewalls, DNS/DHCP).
