Job Summary
This role involves the physical design and layout of complex Mixed-Signal and RF/Analog SiGe-BiCMOS modules for international clients, working closely with circuit development teams. Key responsibilities include creating block-level layouts using Cadence Virtuoso XL, performing comprehensive verification flows (DRC, LVS) with tools like Cadence Assura/PVS, and coordinating floorplanning with RF-IC Design and RF System teams. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in Custom RF/Analog Layout, coupled with deep knowledge of modern layout techniques such as device matching and RF shielding. Automation skills using scripting languages like SKILL or Python are highly valued. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
Experience

- Strong knowledge of the entire IC Design Flow (Schematic level to GDSII)
