Job Summary

Join 3A Wassertechnik, part of the BERDING BETON Group, as an Environmental/Process Technician based in Augsburg. This role is central to supporting clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with expert advice on wastewater treatment and rainwater management. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical consulting to developers, architects, and construction companies, dimensioning and engineering water treatment systems, and developing complex technical proposals. You will also manage order processing, conduct system commissioning, and lead training sessions on separator systems for light liquids and fats. Ideal candidates will possess a completed education as an Environmental or Process Technician, or comparable professional experience in environmental technology or hydraulic engineering. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a methodical approach, and a proactive willingness to collaborate across disciplines to develop constructive solutions.
