Job Summary
This role involves performing technical maintenance, control, and inspection tasks on various technical systems within properties, including electrical systems, ventilation, heating technology, and cooling towers. The Service Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance, inspections, and repairs, including troubleshooting complex faults across different facilities. A key component of the job is managing room and control technology and ensuring accurate digital documentation of all completed work using mobile devices. The ideal candidate must possess an electro-technical qualification (e.g., as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology), demonstrate a service-oriented approach, and work responsibly and independently.
