Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems to proactively detect faults, managing rapid fault resolution by coordinating internal technical departments, external construction companies, and field technicians, and handling all customer communication during outages. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating planned network maintenance ('Planned Work') and managing escalation procedures to senior management.
