Day-to-day tasks include processing support tickets using Jira/Atlassian, providing remote assistance via Microsoft Teams, and managing the setup and administration of hardware like notebooks and smartphones. A key responsibility is ensuring the functionality of the Microsoft and Apple system landscape and contributing to initiatives involving Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, and excellent German (negotiation-level) and good English skills.
