Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Designer, primarily focused on the creation and maintenance of wiring diagrams for complex battery systems, specifically for high-quality underwater systems. The professional will collaborate closely with system engineers, hardware developers, and software teams to devise electrical solutions and generate necessary manufacturing documentation. Key responsibilities include calculating and designing cables, terminals, and connectors, selecting control and system components, and creating comprehensive electrical documentation, drawings, and parts lists. Candidates should possess a background as an Electrical Technician or Master Electrician, coupled with experience in CAE/CAD programs like SEE Electrical, sPlan, or EPlan. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative maritime applications, including Li-Ion batteries for underwater vehicles, within a growing Ocean Engineering team.
