Job Summary

This dual-role position involves leading the internal IT support and software development teams while acting as the primary System Administrator for a nationwide engineering firm. The successful candidate will manage a homogeneous OS infrastructure, including Windows Server, WTS, Windows 10 & 11, and associated Microsoft Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Entra, Office 365). Day-to-day tasks include advising the board on IT and AI strategies, conducting risk assessments for digital processes, and ensuring the operation and expansion of the network infrastructure across all 12 company locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in IT security, and the ability to independently resolve system disruptions, procure hardware/software, and optimize internal IT services.
