Job Summary

This role seeks a specialized Key User and Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Expert to drive the digitalization and optimization of laboratory processes, specifically supporting the implementation of the OneLIMS system within QC labs. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, ensuring GxP-compliant documentation (SOPs), and managing master data, analysis, and visualization, particularly involving SAP interfaces. The ideal candidate will conduct training sessions for staff on new digital solutions and act as the primary interface between QC labs, IT, external consultants, and project leads. Key qualifications include a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry or Biology Laboratory Technician) and several years of professional experience in GxP/GMP-compliant quality control environments. Proficiency in German (very good) and English (good) is required, along with experience in laboratory software and project management, ideally using agile methods like Scrum.
