Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist tasked with providing comprehensive First and Second-Level support for the client-computing infrastructure at the logistics site in Herborn, Hesse. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT front-office solutions, including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. Daily duties involve managing support requests via a ticketing system, troubleshooting system and application issues, and assisting with business applications like ERP, CRM, and Solidworks. Key requirements include a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent experience, coupled with at least four years in an IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and hardware management is essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to and potentially lead IT projects within a motivated, international team, ensuring systems remain in good operational condition.
